In my role as a co-founder of Solmentum I come across many fascinating issues that apply to the business world in general and the solar industry in particular. I decided it would be worthwhile to write down some of those experiences and discuss topics that are relevant to the solar industry. I hope this blog is both insightful and thought-provoking.
I am planning to cover a wide array of topics about the solar industry and what it means to build a business in this industry. Since my company is operating only on the residential side of the solar industry, my posts will have a bias for the home solar market. But as opportunities present themselves, I might dip into other facets of the solar industry and other issues and technologies in the energy space. So much in the energy industry is interlinked and ignoring trends in the wider energy space (renewable or not) would be myopic.
